AK Photography's  goal is to capture the personal and intimate side of our clients, and reveal a level of beauty that was always there but often hidden from view. We accomplish this through complementary lighting, and coaching techniques that result in engaging and captivating expressions.

Head Shots

Our head shots are perfect for social media, corporate, print, or casting purposes. These images focus on your best feature, your face, your personal and unique branding. For optimal results, we recommend our retouching services to ensure you look your absolute best. Head shots will typically take 1 to 2 hours.

Portraits

Our portraiture is meant to capture the personality of our subjects be it their funny or quirky side, or their intense or sexy side. These shoots usually take 3 hours or more and are ideal for those seeking multiple sets of images with a variety of poses, hair styles, makeup, or wardrobe.

On Location

We can go out of the studio to a location of your choosing such as your home or outdoors at the beach, or park. Outdoor shoots are weather sensitive so please consider this when booking.  Unless sunshine is required we can usually get fantastic results even on cloudy, overcast days. Minimum of three hours is required for all location bookings. Additional fees might apply if the location requires travel times greater than 30 minutes.
